EDUCATION

KCC sponsors educational opportunities for both cooperative managers and directors through the annual Director Development Program and the New Cooperative Leaders’ Meeting.  DDP is held in December of each year at various locations in Kansas.  The New Leaders’ Meeting is designed to provide greater insight into the overall cooperative family in Kansas.  Additionally, the Council partners with the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center (ACCC) to present an annual co-op symposium and leadership roundtable.
